Nikki is a communications & marketing professional with more than 15 years of experience in education, nonprofits, government, corporate communications, and trade associations. At her core, she is a writer and storyteller who loves to create content in support of an organization’s brand, mission and objectives.
In her role as AWE’s Manager, Brand Communications, Nikki is responsible for AWE’s newsletters, marketing materials, website, LinkedIn page, and more.
Nikki graduated from Muhlenberg College in Allentown, PA with a double major in media & communication and political science. She started her career in public service, working in the DC office of her home state’s U.S. Senator Robert P. Casey, Jr. The bulk of her career has been spent in education communications–both in higher education at two colleges and in K-12 education as a school district administrator.
A proud Pennsylvanian, Nikki enjoys cooking, camping, traveling, attending concerts, cheering for the Eagles and Phillies, lounging with her two cats, and spending time with her husband and two kids. You might also find her planning a themed party or date night, or penning what is almost certainly not the next great American novel.
