AWE Accelerator provides the framework for career acceleration and business connection with a focus on topics such as professional branding, networking, executive presence, sponsorship, storytelling and confidence and resilience.

The AWE team clearly outlined the program’s objectives, artfully demonstrated the value of each module and curated an environment that fostered collaboration and fellowship. Everyone I have interacted with at AWE are extremely passionate about advancing women in their career. As part of Accelerator, you are challenged to think differently about your career and how you can mould your own behaviours to support you. It’s a safe space and you feel comfortable to open up with the facilitators and your cohorts. I know that what I have learned will be invaluable going forward.
I joined Accelerator for two primary reasons: to meet women in industries different from my own; and to benefit from the collective, diverse knowledge that would be shared. During the program, I made many new connections and plan to continue those interactions.
