Kate joined the world of Learning & Development as a Virtual Producer 3 years ago after the Covid pandemic unexpectedly changed her career path. It was a new world that she didn’t know existed, she has embraced the opportunity to learn and develop and follow this new path.
Before Kate joined the Learning & Development community she single handedly ran a successful interior design business for 25 years, focusing in commercial design but also working with several high end residential clients. She holds a Bachelor of Interior & Environmental Design honors degree gained in her home country of Scotland. Over the years she has developed many of the transferable skills she utilizes in the virtual classroom today.
When not working Kate likes to spend time outdoors with her dog and horse enjoying the beautiful Scottish countryside.
