Coordinator, Client Solutions

AWE is seeking a highly motivated, detail-oriented Coordinator, Client Solutions to support the sales cycle. Reporting into the CEO and the Senior Coordinator, Client Solutions, this position requires strong project management, problem solving and a process-oriented mindset. This position is remote.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

Sales & Operations Support

  • Partner with the Senior Coordinator, Client Solutions on key projects that involve streamlining systems, improving system integration, enhancing processes and capabilities for the sales team.
  • Assist in maintaining the data integrity of the CRM, including creating and updating records for current and potential clients.
  • Execute data projects under the direction of the Senior Coordinator.
  • Run email outreach campaigns to engage potential clients.
  • Coordinate and schedule meetings for the CEO as needed.
  • Keep up with AWE product and service information and updates.
