Senior Vice President Client Success, North America, Yext
Since joining search experience cloud company Yext almost nine years ago, Lauren has made significant contributions to the company’s success structure and performance and has been a key contributor to its expansion from venture-backed start-up to publicly traded company with a market capitalization of over $2B.
Lauren joined Yext in 2012 as one of the first enterprise team members then went on to found Yext’s Financial Services and Strategic Accounts teams. In 2017 she began managing Yext’s West coast team, was promoted to lead all Regional teams in 2019 and in February 2021 was promoted to Senior Vice President of Client Success. Lauren believes building a culture in which team members feel valued and celebrated is a driver for success and attributes her team’s strong performance and growth to grit, positivity and perspective.
Prior to Yext, Lauren worked at two start-up tech companies, QD Technology and Clickable, as well as Yahoo where she held roles across Sales, Service and Business Development. It was through these experiences Lauren learned she loves fast-paced, high-growth environments and, most of all, Customer Success.
Lauren lives in NYC with her husband Jesse and her 2 year old son, JJ. When she isn’t working you can find her in Central Park playing soccer and visiting the animals at the zoo with JJ!
