After a connection building exercise, Lisa led an interactive presentation on gender and negotiation.  AWE guests learned new approaches to negotiation frameworks (Ask – Permission, Influence – Persuasion and Screen Shot 2013-06-17 at 3.59.37 PMIssue/Interest – Exchange), practical questions, and tactics to meet the underlying goals for all parties in both professional and personal scenarios.
