Françoise thrives on building inclusive workplaces and engaging talent strategies that align with business priorities. As part of the Operations team at AWE, she is responsible for the organization’s recruiting, onboarding, talent management, employee benefit programs and compliance. Her detail orientated approach to projects and relationships allows her to create customized solutions that drive employee engagement and create a lasting impact.
Prior to her role in People Operations, Françoise spent time in account management and customer success with a specific focus on HR clients such as HRBPs, VPs of HR and Chief People Officers. This work provided her with valuable insight into the challenges and priorities of talent management in Fortune 500 companies.
In addition to her work in the US, Françoise has spent time working in both Asia and South America in communications based roles. She received her BA in Political Science at New York University, from which she gained a keen understanding of the socio-political factors that influence economies and businesses around the world.
Born and raised in the UK, she loves to spend her free time reading historical fiction and cooking!
