Ellie is a seasoned facilitator and coach with 8+ years delivering impactful learning experiences across the globe. She brings a wealth of experience in both in-house L&D at fast-growing tech companies and as an external Consultant, on projects ranging from Entrepreneurship skills in Kenya, Sales Strategy in the US and Brazil, to Professional Branding and Emerging Leadership in the UK. She is passionate about EDIB having seen first-hand the impact of when businesses engage with vs ignore inclusion.

As well as facilitation, Ellie is an accredited coach with a specialism in supporting women with ADHD, after being diagnosed herself in her 30s. She is also certified in Strengthscope™ and DiSC® profiling tools and uses these to add an additional dynamic to her coaching and workshop sessions. With a background in science, having been awarded Master of Physics from the University of Southampton, UK, Ellie loves everything data related – even a spreadsheet! This analytical mind allows her to break down complex concepts to present them in a digestible format for learners, while keeping everyone engaged.

Ellie’s ‘fun fact’ is that she has learnt 3 different Sign Languages: British, German and Kenyan. Her mother is profoundly Deaf and when working abroad Ellie often looks for a language exchange, teaching some British Sign Language in return for learning the local Sign Language.
