Roxanne Tashjian is the Vice President of Sales Operations at FireEye, a cyber security company. Roxanne has responsibility for all global operations relating to sales, including strategic planning, system implementation and performance, enablement and effectiveness, reporting and global sales productivity. As a key member of the senior sales executive team, Roxanne impacts daily business and ensures the foundation on which the business is built remains sound while bringing innovative approaches and strategies to provide continuous improvement and streamlining.
Prior to FireEye, Roxanne spent 12 years at EMC in Sales Operations focused on sales and partner enablement as well as ensuring the rapidly changing sales teams developed and expanded their expertise and product knowledge through several acquisitions. She has extensive experience with building specialists groups, customer reference and roundtable programs. Roxanne also spent time in various leadership operational positions at Lodestar Corporation, Kronos and Cayenne Software.
Whether it has to do with implementing a new system, rolling out a new program or developing global teams, Roxanne has an unrelenting emphasis on delivering organizational value and results. Generally accomplished through either cost savings or improved inefficiencies, sales leaders appreciate her strategic approach and leadership.

In her free time Roxanne enjoys travelling and going to Pure Barre exercise classes. Roxanne earned a bachelors degree in Business Management from Troy University.
