Former Vice President of Business Integration, Speedo North America
Nikki Hart is Vice President of Business Integration at Speedo North America, a division of PVH Corp. She is responsible for ensuring Speedo’s strategic initiatives are supported with operationally efficient processes and collaboration across all business units.
In 2011, Nikki joined Speedo’s then-parent company, Warnaco Inc., as Associate General Counsel in New York City. She spent the majority of her time managing all of Speedo’s legal needs, though also supported other Warnaco brands (including Calvin Klein Underwear & Jeans) on intellectual property, licensing, and marketing needs. Soon after PVH Corp. purchased Warnaco in 2013, she moved to Speedo’s headquarter office in Los Angeles to fully dedicate herself to Speedo. In addition to her legal responsibilities, she took on a large role as part of Speedo’s strategic management team and led business projects outside her wheelhouse, including management of a multi-dynamic systems, operations, and structural transition. Her efforts helped evolve Speedo’s business models in various channels of distribution and demonstrated her knowledge of all pillars of the business, leading PVH and Speedo to create the Business Integration role in order to leverage her talents, knowledge, and collaborative spirit.
Prior to joining the Speedo team, she served as Associate Counsel for the National Football League, supporting the League office and all Member Clubs on intellectual property, litigation, marketing and advertising matters, as well as on-field and uniform policies. During her time at the NFL, she supported a variety of different business units, including Sponsorship & Marketing, Licensing, Youth Football, Player Development, Football Operations, NFL Films and NFL Network.
Nikki serves on the board of directors for The Lauren Beam Foundation, a non-profit created to help the daily lives of active young men and women battling cancer. She has spoken on numerous panels and roundtables on various topics, including navigating Olympic restrictions on use of athlete endorsers, maximizing value as a business partner, and managing projects with matrixed reporting structures and matrixed risks. She is an active member of Women in Sports & Events (“WISE”), an informal and formal mentor to many, and regularly participates in Sprint, Olympic & Half Ironman Triathlons.
She has a JD from St. John’s University, a MSW from New York University and earned her undergraduate degree from Georgetown University, where she was a four year member and captain of the Women’s Swim Team. She lives in Venice, California with her Irish Triplets – a seven year old son and six year old identical twin daughters.
