Nellie Peshkov is the Vice President of Global Talent Acquisition at Netflix. Nellie joined Netflix in August, 2014 to help the company scale its’ recruitment of talent around the world and continue to strengthen Netflix’ unwavering focus on hiring stunning employees. Prior to Netflix, Nellie was the Vice President of Global Talent Acquisition at Electronic Arts, helping the company transform its workforce to digital by increasing the hiring of top engineering talent and finding game design and creation talent around the globe to work on beloved and new video games.
Nellie also spent half of her career as a talent partner to the business with a focus on talent strategies that enabled the business groups she partnered with to achieve their objectives. In summary, the love for talent – recruiting, empowering, engaging, developing is Nellie’s passion. And at all other times, Nellie’s life is full with loving and growing her four sons in Los Gatos and finding time for baking and entertaining.
