Lisa Burns is the Vice President of Reynolds Marketing at Reynolds Consumer Products, a $3B privately held consumer products company which owns both Reynolds and Hefty brands. As Vice President of Marketing, Lisa manages all Reynolds brand marketing and strategy for the U.S. including all brand equity, promotions, agency relations, and innovation.
She joined Reynolds Consumer Products (formerly Pactiv Corporation) in 2005 and managed portions of Hefty marketing prior to taking over the Reynolds brand. She spent eight years managing Hefty tableware lines, doubling revenues over that time through acquisition, product innovation and customized solutions for large retailers such as WalMart, Sam’s, Costco and Target.
Prior to Reynolds, Lisa worked at Charles Schwab, Dial Corporation and Frito-Lay primarily in marketing roles. She is a bottom line, growth-oriented marketer comfortable in plant settings, buyer offices and board rooms. Lisa builds strong teams through recruitment and empowerment with hands on coaching.
Lisa earned her MBA from Fuqua School of Business at Duke University with a concentration in marketing. She has a Bachelor of Arts degree in Public Policy Studies from Duke University as well (go Blue Devils!).
