Vice President of Global Marketing Operations, Strategy and Planning, Citrix

Lea Ann Eblin serves as the Vice President of Marketing Operations, Strategy, and Planning for Citrix Systems, Inc. In this global role, she is responsible for the development of all strategy, deployment and integration involving marketing technologies. This includes delivering marketing business intelligence, data management, governance, and the expansion of Citrix’s demand management team. 

Lea Ann is also Citrix’s Global Pride Alliance Executive Sponsor. She has the privilege of lending executive support to various initiatives focused on fostering a more welcoming work environment for underrepresented groups in the tech sector. In 2019, Lea Ann was recognized as one of the Top 50 Most Powerful Women in Technology by the National Diversity Council for her ability to drive change, continuously innovate and inspire others to succeed while contributing to business growth.

Prior to Citrix, Lea Ann held leadership roles at Paypal and Onstar, a subsidiary of General Motors. She was part of the successful global launch of Paypal’s Here mobile credit card reader and Onstar’s premier Emergency Services roll out. 

Outside the workplace, Lea Ann is an active board member for BAWSI (Bay Area Women’s Sports Initiative). BAWSI is a female-founded group dedicated to using active play and wellness to transform the lives of children from the San Francisco Bay Area’s most vulnerable and marginalized communities. With the support of sports legends Brandi Chastain, Julie Foudy and Marlene Bjornsrud, BAWSI has, since 2005, mobilized 3,000 volunteers to serve over 18,000 children.

Lea Ann earned her MBA from Walsh College and BS from The Ohio State University.
