Kim Davis
Former Executive Vice President and Chief Human Resources Officer, NFP
Kim Davis currently leads the internal human resources programs at NFP, and has spearheaded the company’s growth in HR consulting and outsourcing services for clients. With more than 25 years of HR experience, she partners with business leaders and employees to ensure that programs are developed to help empower employees to live their healthiest, most fulfilling and well-rounded lives. Most recently, Kim played an integral part in launching the company’s premier NFP Women in Leadership Council, which seeks to empower female leaders across the organization and engage everyone at NFP to have their voices heard around the importance of gender parity and inclusion.
Kim joined NFP through an acquisition of a benefits brokerage and HR consulting company that she co-owned, bringing her expertise on the private equity world of benefits consulting and high-level HR design. Early in her career, Kim worked with large companies like GE, Carlson Wagonlit Travel, MCI, Equity Residential and Icahn Enterprises touching people’s lives with the people-centric programs and practices she has delivered.
Throughout her career Kim has lived all over the country and experienced many different work-life cultures, providing her with a very unique set of experiences in career transition for herself and many others she has worked with along the way.
