Kathy Zwickert
Former Chief People Officer, Netsuite
Kathy is a Strategic HR executive with experience in high growth start-ups, turnaround situations, and large corporate/public company environments. Before taking on this role, Kathy served as Netsute’s Senior Vice President of Human Resources.
Previous to Netsuite, she served as Executive Vice President of Human Resources and Communications for Oclaro since February 2008. Prior to joining Oclaro, Kathy was Head of Human Resources at Solid Information Technology, a supplier of database solutions. Previously, Kathy was the senior HR executive at Keynote Systems and also managed Accenture’s first Global Human Resource and Tax Team. She began her career at Ernst and Young and is a Certified Public Accountant.
She earned her bachelor’s degree in economics and business administration from the University of California, Berkeley. Kathy enjoys spending time with her two children, running, and gardening in her time away from work.
