Chief Revenue Officer and SVP of Global Partnerships, Equifax
Joy is a passionate and insightful leader who brings more than three decades of strategic and operational experience to her role as Equifax’s US Chief Revenue Officer and Senior Vice President of Global Partnerships. Joy leads a $1.3B portfolio of businesses for Equifax holding revenue and customer responsibility across all non-mortgage verticals including Financial Services, Automotive, Communications, Insurance, Tech and Payments and Public Sector functions. Joy also leads the Global Alliances and Channel Partners organization, Inside Enterprise Sales and new business development.
In this role, Joy builds on her proven track record of driving sustainable business growth. When she held enterprise responsibility for the company’s Auto vertical and Financial Services practice, revenues more than doubled during her tenure. Joy has been recognized by both the Automotive and Banking industries as a top leader in these verticals. In 2019, she was asked to serve on the CEO’s executive team to take US Alliance competency to Equifax’s international markets. As Chief Revenue Officer, Joy collaborates with internal business partners and clients to drive foundational, incremental and transformational growth, extending reach to create profitable innovation for the marketplace.
Before joining Equifax, Joy ran SunTrust’s retail branch banking franchise with oversight responsibility for 1700 locations and 12,000 associates and served as SunTrust”s Chief Strategy Officer.
Joy describes her professional passion as “building and leading high performing teams, solving complex problems, and using my strategic background to identify the winning path to sustainable, profitable growth.” She is an avid yoga enthusiast and dog lover, an outspoken advocate for the Metro Atlanta community through her support of the United Way, and A21, an organization dedicated to abolishing modern day slavery in our lifetime. Joy earned a bachelor’s degree in Economics and English from Wofford College where she graduated Summa Cum Laude as the class valedictorian.
