Managing Director, Global Relationship Management and Chief Diversity Officer, Broadridge Financial Solutions
Frieda Lewis is recognized for having a consistent history of successful business development and profit contribution. She has a demonstrated track record of exceeding business targets and producing impressive results in a series of new and existing businesses through her results-oriented focus, her commitment to innovation, and her ability to creatively re-position products.
Frieda joined Broadridge in 2008. She is currently the Managing Director, Global Relationship Management and Chief Diversity Officer at Broadridge Financial Solutions. In this role, she is responsible for coordinating significant global relationships that cross multiple lines of business. Her goal is to deepen and extend the client relationship through understanding their strategic and tactical needs. In addition, Frieda works to enhance the company’s record of diversity both inside and outside the organization. She is also credited with launching the Women’s Leadership Forum at Broadridge.
Throughout her career, Frieda has held several senior executive positions. She was President of IFMG–a division of Sun Life Financial, COO of Bankmark at Mellon Financial, and had 16-year tenure with Fleet Financial Group, where she served as President and CEO of Fleet Brokerage Securities and its wholly owned subsidiary Fleet Clearing Corporation.
Outside of her work at Broadridge, Frieda is a board member of the Women’s Bond Club, a governing member of the Wall Street Women’s Alliance, a member of the SIFMA Diversity board, and a member of the Bank Insurance and Securities Diversity Board.
Frieda earned an MBA from Baruch College and a BS in Psychology from City University of New York at Lehman College.
