Vice President of Distribution Channel Strategy, Navistar, Inc

Crystal Sequin is the Vice President, Distribution Channel Strategy at Navistar, Inc. She is responsible for collaboratively developing new and building on existing key initiatives to enhance distribution channel efficiency. She partners with other dealer-facing areas to transform Navistar and distribution channel interaction, ultimately resulting in an effortless and uniform customer experience that translates to increased profitability for both Navistar and the distribution channel.

She joined Navistar in 2002 as a technical writer and has held diverse leadership positions throughout the company, each with increasing accountability. Most recently, Crystal served as the Vice President of Central Sales and Strategic Pricing where she developed and executed pricing strategies, transaction analysis, and sales initiatives.  

Previously, Crystal held leadership roles in the dealer administration, training, and IT divisions. This diverse experience base helped establish Crystal as a subject matter expert on sales and dealer interactions which led to her recent appointment as a Commercial workstream leader on Navistar’s Joint Strategic and Planning Organization, a cross-functional team responsible for identifying and executing on new strategic opportunities.  

She earned her Bachelor’s Degree from the University of Notre Dame with a dual degree in English and Computer Applications.  She earned her MBA from the University of Chicago Booth School of Business with concentrations in Finance and Organizational Behavior.

Crystal is known as a top-performing professional with a proven ability to lead cross-functional projects to success by integrating people and technology and focusing a diverse team on a unified goal.
