Colleen Pouliot
Former General Counsel and Corporate Secretary, Xactly Corporation
Colleen Pouliot is General Counsel and Corporate Secretary at Xactly Corporation. Xactly is an NYSE listed, leading provider of enterprise-class, cloud-based, incentive compensation solutions for employee and sales performance management. Colleen joined Xactly in 2013 while it was still privately held. Xactly went public on the New York Stock Exchange in June 2015.
She is a member of the eight person senior executive team. Colleen has worldwide responsibility for Xactly’s legal affairs, as well as developing executive succession planning with the CEO. She is a member of Xactly’s Information Security Council, and led the Company’s formation and operation of its XactlyOne Foundation, a charitable foundation.
Prior to Xactly, Colleen was a member of the Board of Directors of Adobe Systems Incorporated while Adobe grew to $3 billion in revenue. Prior to her Board service, she was Adobe’s Senior Vice President, General Counsel and Secretary. She held roles of increasing responsibility at Adobe since joining the company in 1988.
