Brenda Tregellas is Vice President of Quality Strategy and Deployment at Johnson & Johnson. She provides leadership and support in the establishment of the strategic plan, business plan and goals, and objectives of quality and compliance in the Johnson & Johnson supply chain. Her team is responsible for the strategic direction and deployment of enterprise quality systems in Johnson & Johnson. They focus on deploying optimized and standardized quality systems that deliver value for the business segments. The technologies they implement support the current and future products and services. Brenda’s accountability is to develop future, diverse leaders who will continue to innovate Johnson & Johnson quality systems to support the delivery of advanced healthcare products and services for their patients, healthcare providers and consumers.
Brenda joined Johnson & Johnson over 17 years ago and has assumed positions of increasing responsibility in quality, research and development, and information technology in Ortho-Clinical Diagnostics, Janssen Pharmaceutica, PSGA, Centocor, GBSC, Johnson & Johnson Corporate, the Diabetes Care franchise, MD&D Supply Chain and Johnson & Johnson consumer. She has led and sponsored many quality system initiatives involving the standardization of processes and implementation of electronic systems to support supply chain consolidation and new product development in the Johnson & Johnson pharmaceutical, medical device and consumer businesses. Brenda has had responsibilities for strategy, business planning, portfolio management and change management within operating companies, business sectors and now at an enterprise level in Johnson & Johnson. Brenda has represented Quality & Compliance on multiple Management Boards within the diabetes care business in Johnson & Johnson.
Prior to joining Johnson & Johnson, Brenda started her career with the Canadian Red Cross holding various positions within their quality operations organization.
Brenda represents Johnson & Johnson on the Quality Council of The Conference Board and on the Corporate Executive Board (CEB).
