Anne Jacoby
Former Vice President of Learning, Development, and Culture, RGP
Anne Jacoby is an entrepreneurial builder at heart, known for finding creative solutions to complex business challenges. Anne relishes in creating something great out of nothing – and it’s with that spirit that she grew a start-up from one office to twelve, globally, and from less than $3M in annual revenue to over $175M. Throughout her career she has demonstrated an expert ability to build new functions and teams. Anne is a passionate people strategist with high-level expertise in transformational change initiatives.
Currently, she serves as the Vice President of Learning, Development, and Culture at RGP, a new role focused on creating a culture of learning for over 4,000 people across the firm. She formerly held a regional leadership role in business development to cultivate new strategic client relationships. Prior to RGP, Anne was Vice President of Sales Strategy and Operations at Axiom, a global professional services firm and disruptor in the legal industry. There, Anne led sales enablement initiatives across the firm. She also served as General Manager of Axiom’s Southern California practice, a division she launched in 2009. Anne started at Axiom in 2002, as a founding member of its New York-based team, and focused on client relationships in the financial services sector.
A loyal champion of women, Anne founded the Women.Influence.Leadership Employee Resource Group at Axiom, was a founding organizer of Women of Influence, Los Angeles at RGP, and is an active leader in Advancing Women Executives – an organization aimed at accelerating the careers of women in business to improve the global economy. In addition to being an advocate for the advancement of women, Anne is a big supporter of arts education as a former professional singer, actor and dancer. She currently serves on the board of the Arts High Foundation, an organization dedicated to supporting emerging artists at the Los Angeles County High School for the Arts.
Anne completed her MBA at the Leonard N. Stern School of Business, NYU, where she was the commencement speaker at Radio City Music Hall. When she is not working, she can be found on her yoga mat or enjoying the sun and salty ocean air. She currently resides in Redondo Beach with her husband and two small humans.
