Anne DelSanto is the Executive Vice President of Global Commercial Solution Engineering & Solution Sales at Salesforce. She and her team are responsible for delivering solutions that drive growth and customer success – executing sales strategies that propel cloud growth, designing solutions to solve customers’ business challenges, and helping customers create transformational change using Salesforce. With over 25 years of experience in the technology industry, Anne has a long history of transforming organizations, cultivating strong identities to foster high-performance and results. In the three years since she joined Salesforce, Anne has grown the global Solution Engineering and Solution Sales organization by 104%, increased SE-led customer engagement by 85%, driven 66% growth in new bookings across the business she supported, and introduced the Ignite innovation program, delivering transformational change for customers and 15x greater average deal size for the business. Her innovation and record-breaking results earned Anne the Salesforce Leadership Excellence Award at the 2013 Global Chairman’s Achievement Club.

Prior to joining Salesforce, Anne served as Group Vice President of North American Pre-Sales at Oracle, responsible for both commercial and public sector markets. During her 13-year tenure, she was instrumental in a number of key initiatives, including launching a new engineered system for the SMB market. Anne began her career with IBM as a pre-sales account systems engineer in the healthcare market.

Anne is passionate about creating thriving teams that deliver success and helping customers unlock their potential through innovative technology. A lifelong learner, she holds a Bachelor of Science in Mathematics with a concentration in Computer Science from St. John’s University, and a Master of Science in Administrative Studies from Boston College.
