Amandine Robin believes “anything is possible,” and her career reflects that mantra.

As the leader of the North American Corporate Communications and Sustainability teams at Pernod Ricard, the worldwide co-leader in Spirits and Wine, Amandine has transformed how the company communicates, contributing to a significant increase in employee engagement, corporate brand awareness and multiple award wins.

Born in the Champagne region in France, Amandine perhaps was destined to work with such global iconic brands as ABSOLUT® vodka and  Jameson® Irish whiskey, as well as Champagne’s own Perriet-Jouët® and GH Mumm®.

An international speaker, Amandine has received many awards for her work, including recognition from the Great Place to Work Institute. She was named a “Top Woman in PR” by PR News, a “Woman Worth Watching” by Diversity Journal, and a “Woman of Influence” by Women of Influence Magazine..

Amandine is a board member of Keep America Beautiful, the Foundation for Advancing Alcohol Responsibility (Responsibility.org) and the Columbia University Maison Française.

She is passionate about the need for work-life balance, which she tries to achieve with the help of her husband, an American who she met shortly after joining Pernod Ricard in New York. She also enjoys mentoring women on their career journeys, and strongly believes that organizations need more diverse leadership to better connect with an  increasingly diverse world of customers and stakeholders.
