Celeste Aarons-Jenkins currently serves as the Vice President of Demand Planning for Tiffany & Co. She is responsible for directing the sales forecasts, purchases and inventory management strategies for the brand’s diverse product offering, which generated $4billion in sales in 2013. Celeste’s responsibilities include aligning the company’s visions and strategies with individual product category sales and inventory goals.
Celeste started working for Tiffany & Co. during summer and holiday breaks while attending Bryn Mawr College, where she received her B.A. in mathematics. After graduation, she returned to the company and has called it home for the past 25 years. Celeste has seen the Merchandising division go from a traditional buying office structure to a dynamic global organization built around specific collaborative business disciplines. She has held various positions within the Merchandising division with increased levels of responsibility and product diversity. She was promoted to Vice President in fall 2009.
In her leadership role, Celeste recognizes the need to keep abreast of demand planning and supply chain trends. She attends and participates in numerous industry conferences and uses the information she gleans to continually improve processes on her team.
Celeste currently resides in New Jersey with her husband, Travis and their twins. She is very involved in her children’s school, currently serving as President of the School Leadership Council.
