Melinda Belcher likes a challenge. A veteran of New York brand and design agencies, Melinda has helped industry titans such as IBM, GE, Oracle, and Salesforce solve complex problems through the strategic deployment of content. Melinda’s career spans several roles and titles, including User Experience (UX) writer, web editor, brand consultant, creative director, and content strategist. She currently heads up the content design practice at Mastercard’s Tech Hub in New York City.
Outside of Mastercard, Melinda organizes the user experience group “UX Content Design Meetup NYC” for product content professionals in New York City. Under Melinda’s leadership, they’ve co-hosted speaking events at Google, Verizon, Capital One, Kickstarter, Ogilvy and – of course – Mastercard.
