With over seven years of experience applying positive psychology principles, Pilar supports organizations in improving workplace culture, productivity, and well-being. She uses practical tools from positive psychology to help teams and leaders reach their full potential, promoting a collaborative and learning-focused environment.

In addition to her work in this field, Pilar has more than 15 years of experience in accounting, which helps her bring order and clarity to consulting projects and ensures a clear understanding of how different departments collaborate to achieve shared goals.

Pilar holds a Master’s in Positive Leadership and a Master’s in Emotional Competencies in Organizations, as well as several international certifications, including Strategic Human Capital Management (Tec de Monterrey), EMCC Global Coach/Mentor Accreditation (EIA), and Facilitator in Appreciative Inquiry for Organizational Flourishing (IDEIA).
