The Business Case for Women in the C-Suite

csuiteWe know gender diversity is good for business, and although unconscious bias exists, a new report by Weber Shandwick reveals there is gender parity when it comes to reputation. In Fast Company's "The Business Case for Women in the C-Suite" Lydia Dishman reveals that, "the effect of a CEO's reputation on both the company's reputation and its market value are almost identical for both male and female CEOs." The report, The Female Reputation Premium, is part of a larger study on CEO reputations conducted with over 1,750 executives from mid to large companies across 19 countries.
