Since 2005, in her role as Plantronics’ Senior Vice President of Communications Solutions, Renee has led the product and business initiatives for the company’s complete line-up of consumer and business solutions used by millions of individuals and businesses around the world. Markets include Unified Communications and Collaboration (UCC), Contact Center, Mobile, Gaming, and Wearable Tech.
As a passionate tech evangelist, Renee has spent the past eight years investigating and understanding the convergence of work and personal life and its impact on communications. These efforts include deep research into the forces behind business inefficiency and how new collaboration solutions can address the problems; understanding Millennial’s unique relationship with technology, collaboration and social media; and developing research with an eye towards a future where wearable technology is mainstream – ultimately resulting in the delivery of high-quality, innovative, communications solutions that people enjoy using throughout their entire day, whether at work, play or on-the-go.

Prior to Plantronics, Renee held senior executive positions with companies such as Danger, Inc. (where she led the launch of the T-Mobile Sidekick), Visto Corporation, Mobilesys, Inc., Xircom and NEC Technologies. She holds a BS in Electrical Engineering from Santa Clara University and a certificate in General Management for High Technology from Stanford University and IEEE’s joint program.
