Jill Chapman is a dynamic and inspiring sales and customer service leader with more than 25 years of work experience with Fortune 500 companies and industry-leading organizations. Currently, Jill is Senior Vice President of Global Sales and Marketing for Oakwood Worldwide, the global leader in corporate housing and serviced apartment solutions. She serves on the executive committee leading company-wide initiatives, guides the global sales and marketing strategy and manages global operations outside the United States. The global teams she oversees are responsible for strengthening the Oakwood Worldwide family of brands, and delivering industry-leading, client-driven solutions. These successful customer programs have been recognized by numerous companies and associations across the globe as best in class.
Before joining Oakwood Worldwide, Jill held business development and sales management positions at RR Donnelley with progressive responsibility over an 18-year period. As Regional Sales Manager there, she consistently grew revenue and was accomplished around talent development. Three of her associates received the company’s Rookie of the Year award with three other associates winning Sales Associate of the Year awards.
Jill earned her Bachelor’s degree in American Studies from Florida State University. A resident of La Canada Flintridge in Southern California, Jill is involved with volunteer work at her children’s schools as well as fundraising for a community service organization that benefits vulnerable children and their families, as well as children in long-term care at Children’s Hospital of Los Angeles.
Her favorite place to travel is Sri Lanka because of the beautiful country and the people who are so charming and friendly.
