unconscious biasA recent Pew Research Center survey, unveiled this month, points to unconscious gender bias as the main reason why women continue to struggle to climb the corporate ladder. Elizabeth Olson at Fortune writes in, "How Corporate America is Tackling Unconscious Bias", that the representation of mostly men in the workforce on television and elsewhere sets up the way men and women view women in the workforce.
