Manager, Data Analytics

AWE is seeking a highly motivated, achievement-oriented Manager, Data Analytics with a passion for data to join our team. This position reports to the Head of Operations and is responsible for designing and implementing reporting solutions, analyzing data and presenting recommendations to stakeholders on the sales and product teams, ​​and maintaining system-wide data accuracy. This role requires strong analytical ability, excellent presentation skills, CRM management, advanced computer skills and spreadsheet reporting experience, strong attention to detail, and the ability to work both independently and collaboratively.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

DATA ANALYTICS 

  • Monitor and understand sales, product development, and marketing metrics to identify trends, patterns, and relationships and uncover growth opportunities
  • Design systems to collect data and use statistical methods to analyze data and draw conclusions
  • Communicate findings to stakeholders in a clear and concise manner
  • Generate reports and presentations to share findings with internal and external audiences
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement solutions
  • Monitor results of implemented solutions and make recommendations for improvements
  • Identify the need for future data enhancements to improve analytics and/or data process
  • Oversee ongoing and ad-hoc data integrity projects to improve reporting and tracking
  • Provide support to other departments on various data projects as needed
  • Stay up to date on industry trends and best practices

CRM MANAGEMENT

  • Provide user onboarding and support for CRM including requests for data analysis and dashboard reporting
  • Implement and enforce processes that maintain integrity and accuracy of CRM data
  • Resolve data quality issues such as CRM customer clean-up, de-duping and overall data cleaning
  • Lead weekly troubleshooting meetings
  • Document and share data processes for employee training and reference
  • Write and maintain automation scripts in Python with the Zapier platform
  • Configure workflow automations in Insightly
  • Set up data fields

QUALIFICATIONS

 Successful candidate will possess:

  • Minimum of 2 years of data analytics experience at a professional service firm
  • Strong analytical thinking combined with an attention to detail
  • Well developed organizational, problem-solving, and multi-tasking skills
  • Demonstrated initiative-taking and resourcefulness
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Self-motivation to work independently and autonomously in a distributed work environment 
  • Flexibility, coachability, and ability to adapt to change
  • Experience with data visualization applications (Tableau, PowerBI, etc.), ArcGIS, database applications (Sql, Snowflake, etc.) and statistical and general programming languages (R, Python, APIs)
  • Proficiency in Office (in particular Excel and Powerpoint), Google Apps, Asana, CRM
  • Bachelor’s degree required
