Engagement Associate

AWE is seeking a highly motivated, detail-oriented Engagement Associate to support the management and delivery of our leadership and development programs for clients like Google, Levi Strauss & Co., Verizon, WarnerMedia, AmericanExpress, Spotify, Sephora and Electronic Arts. This position requires strong project management, client relationship skills, strategic thinking, problem solving and a results-driven mindset. This position will be based in Los Angeles.


  • Manage calendars, including coordinating staff availability, timelines and deadlines;
  • Provide facilitators with support pre, during and post sessions;
  • Coordinate logistics and materials, including tech testing in preparation for training or virtual sessions;
  • Manage and update clients’ details in CRM and on the website;
  • Organize and update materials for training sessions;
  • Produce and distribute resource materials to clients;
  • Collect client feedback and suggest changes to improve client experience;
  • Attend and support client-facing kickoff meetings as needed.


Successful candidate will possess:

  • At least two years experience in project management or coordination, business administration, account management, executive support, customer support or success, or related field;

  • Bachelor’s or Associate Degree.
