Chris Vickers Tucker is the Vice President and General Manager, Professional Products Division at The Clorox Company. Clorox is a global consumer products company that markets many of the best-known retail brands, including the namesake bleach and cleaning products, Burt’s Bees® natural personal care products, Brita® water-filtration products, and Glad® bags, wraps and containers.
As General Manager of the Professional Products Division, Chris is responsible for driving Business to Business growth across the healthcare, janitorial, food service and B2B eCommerce segments. She is accountable for a diverse portfolio that includes EPA and FDA regulated products, capital equipment sales, three manufacturing locations and a dedicated +100 strong direct sales force that is focused on the acute care segment of Healthcare. As Clorox is primarily a retail consumer focused company, there are limited operating synergies with the business to business focused Professional Product Division. The unique opportunity this challenge creates enables Chris to leverage her proven entrepreneurial and autonomous management skills to lead one of the highest growth Divisions in the Clorox portfolio.
Chris joined Clorox in 1995 and has held various leadership positions across the marketing and sales functions. Most recently Chris served as the President and General Manager of the Clorox Company of Canada. During her tenure in Canada, Chris demonstrated her strong business and management acumen to lead the Canadian organization to deliver two years of sales, profit, and market share growth which was a reversal of a five year trend. Prior to joining Clorox, Chris began her career at The Chase Manhattan Bank in New York, NY in operations and systems management.
Chris holds an MBA from the University of Michigan, and a Bachelor’s degree from Colgate University. Chris lives in the San Francisco Bay Area with her husband and two elementary school aged children and spends most weekends as a soccer/swim team mom.
