Jill Anderson is a clean energy executive who’s driven by her passion for customer experience. A dynamic and adaptable leader, on the one hand she is a visionary who brings innovative, big-picture ideas, and on the other she is laser-focused on key details and information to most efficiently drive projects and tech forward. She is known for her keen ability to absorb technical knowledge and synergize information from multiple inputs and then quickly execute next steps. Curious and energized by the future, Jill devotes time to encourage and mentor young women and men to pursue STEM careers.

Currently she is the Vice President of Customer Programs and Services at Southern California Edison (SCE), one of the nation’s largest electric utilities. She is responsible for leading SCE's energy efficiency, demand response and clean self-generation program portfolios and customer strategy, marketing, e-commerce and strategic alliance functions.

Previously, Jill was Executive Vice President and Chief Commercial Officer at the New York Power Authority (NYPA), the country’s largest state power organization. She directed all wholesale and retail operations and was responsible for sales, marketing, new products and technology, and energy efficiency programs. She also oversaw the marketing of NYPA’s generation assets, trading, fuel operations, hedging and business development for new transmission and generation activities. Prior to serving in this position at NYPA, she led energy policy, sustainability, corporate communications, regulatory affairs and government relations departments at the organization.

Before joining NYPA, Jill worked for Hess Corporation, leading global process improvement projects focused on revenue enhancement, cost reduction and environmental excellence, including greenhouse gas emissions reduction efforts. She also worked for Consolidated Edison Company of New York, leading teams responsible for natural gas and electric substation construction and operation, redesign of the distribution system to improve efficiency and integrate new technologies, and electricity and natural gas procurement.

Committed to how she can extend her reach beyond her office, Jill has been a Member or Director of three boards including: Alliance to Save Energy, Boston University’s Institute For Sustainable Energy, and the Energy and Efficiency Institute at UC Davis. She formerly served on the Boards of Smart Electric Power Alliance, Building Energy Exchange, and the Urban Green Council. In 2016, she published an article in Education Week titled, Bridging the Gender Gap in STEM Education. Throughout her career, she’s been recognized for her impact with various public service and leadership awards including: Top Executive Women in Business, Women Worth Watching, and 40 Under 40.

Jill received a Master of Business Administration degree from New York University and a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering degree from Boston University. A lifelong learner, she continues to grow her knowledge with licenses and certifications. Jill is a Lean Practitioner and has certificates in Business Excellence, Senior Executive Leadership Management, and Legal Essentials for Utility Executives, from Columbia, Harvard, and Vermont Law School, respectively.

When she’s not in the office, she can be found feeding her running addiction or spending time with her two small children. Following her big move across the country to join SCE, Jill now calls South Pasadena home.

Lori Marino is an award winning corporate attorney with 20 years of excellence in securities, mergers and acquisitions, and corporate governance experience, both as in-house and outside counsel. Known for her sharp focus on results and desired outcomes, Lori has a proven history of advising the world’s top corporate executives on key strategic decisions. Thoughtful, innovative, and always up for a challenge, Lori is an expert at finding cross-functional solutions for complex projects and problems.

Currently, she is Vice President, Deputy General Counsel and Corporate Secretary at ITT. In her role, she provides trusted counsel to the Board of Directors, is responsible for all headquarters legal affairs and compliance for a NYSE-traded global multi-industrial manufacturer, and currently manages a department of 18 employees. Prior to ITT, Lori was the Vice President and Assistant General Counsel, Corporate Law and Business Development at Medco Health Solutions.

An industry leader and sought after speaker, Lori has been a panelist for various talks around corporate governance and was featured in Modern Counsel Magazine in March of 2018, for her work in helping to transition ITT’s legal department. In 2018, she was awarded the ITT Way Award (CEO’s Award) for leadership of a real estate sale with environmental challenges, in 2017, she received the First Chair Award, Top Assistant General Counsel, and in 2016, she received the ITT Way Award (CEO’s Award) for leading ITT’s 2016 corporate reorganization.

Lori’s impact reaches far beyond the walls of her office. She was a Member of the Board of Trustees for Garden State Equality, and was also a Member of the Board of Trustees and Governance Committee Chair for Gilda’s Club of Northern NJ. During her time at Medco, she helped establish the Medco Foundation, a nonprofit private foundation. Currently, she is an active member of Cornell University’s Dyson School of Applied Economics and Management Undergraduate Advisory Council, and a Leader at Advancing Women Executives, an organization that works to create equity and economic growth at work. She also currently belongs to the Society of Corporate Secretaries and Governance Professionals.

Lori completed her Bachelor of Science with distinction, Applied Economics and Business Management at Cornell University, before going on to complete her J.D., cum laude, Order of the Coif (top 10%), at the University of Pennsylvania Law School. During her time there, she was the Executive Editor for the University of Pennsylvania Law Review. Lori is also a certified Lean Six Sigma Green Belt.

When she’s not in the office, Lori can be found traveling, playing tennis, and shuttling around her three young kids (7, 8, and 10).

Josephine Fubara is a an award-winning R&D executive and respected leader with over 20 years of experience in the pharmaceutical industry. A subject matter expert in strategic partnerships, product development, third party development, technology transfer, commercialization, and alliance governance models, Josephine is known for her proactive way of working, often lending foresight which allows her to address challenges before they even arise. Focused on building a high-performing, engaged team, Josephine prioritizes people, confident that relationships are what increase value and drive growth across teams and organizations.

Currently, she is the Global Head of Therapeutics, R&D at Bayer. She and her team are responsible for developing and executing new innovations for pain, cardio, allergy, cough/cold, and digestive health which collectively is worth €2.8 billion of business. Always innovative and cross-functional, Josephine takes pride in leading a team that is committed to creating the ultimate consumer experience.

Born in Nigeria, Josephine obtained a Pharmacy degree from the University of Benin, Nigeria and a Ph.D. in Pharmaceutics from the Medical University of South Carolina. Prior to her time at Bayer, Josephine was in various technical and business roles with Whitehall Robins, Wyeth, and Pfizer. In 2014, she was honored with the Healthcare Business Women’s Association Award recognizing the successful launch of a pioneer initiative and for advancing Pfizer’s commitment to the development of future women leaders.

A loyal champion of women, Josephine is a long-standing member of Advancing Women Executives an organization with the mission to create equity and economic growth at work. She is focused on passing her knowledge to help and empower the next generation of women leaders.

When she is not in the office, Josephine can be found hiking, reading, traveling, watching a movie, or catching up with her two adult children. She and her husband, Mike, call New Jersey their home.
