Former Vice President of Business and Product Operations, User Experience Business Group, TiVo Corporation

Sarah Gaeta is a dynamic change agent, with over 20 years of experience assisting multinational organizations transform their business methodologies to respond to market factors. She thinks in terms of large scale collaboration and intertwines business strategy, organizational structure, product management, go-to-market efforts, product development methodologies, sales direction, and financial management practices to complete a holistic assessment before creating a strategic and calculated plan.

Currently, she is the Vice President of Business and Product Operations, User Experience Business Group at TiVo Corporation. She leads the Operating Model and Commercial LifeCycle implementation and evolution, and establishes operational cadence and business rigor to provide near-real time visibility into resource allocation, spend vs. budget, and new deal pipeline management. Sarah also oversees the program management office and technical publications group. Prior to December 2017, she held the role of Vice President and General Manager, Guides, where she led a team of about 100 engineers, professional services, business development, and product managers who delivered PayTV Guides to millions of households worldwide.

Previously, Sarah was VP and GM of the Dragon Desktop business unit at Nuance Corporation, overseeing Dragon Naturally Speaking, Dragon Dictate, and Dragon Assistant. She has over two decades of executive leadership experience at Ricoh EWS, Motorola Mobility, Plastic Logic and Adobe Systems, including product marketing and management, strategic planning and business, and partner development.

Sarah is the Emeritus Chair of the Buck/Cardinal Club Board of Directors at Stanford University Athletics Department. The Buck/Cardinal Club raises money for Student/Athlete scholarships and program support. She is also the co-leader of her daughter’s Girl Scout troop and is the Cookie Manager. A champion of women, Sarah is an active member in Advancing Women Executives – an organization aimed at accelerating the careers of women in business to improve the global economy.

When she is not in the office, Sarah can be found spending time with her family, snow skiing, cooking, and attending collegiate sporting events. Sarah speaks French and Italian and completed her BA at Stanford University before going on to complete an Ed.M. at Harvard.
