Patricia is a highly accomplished, enterprising top human resources executive with extensive experience in building high-performing teams to align with business goals. As Vice President of Human Resources for BrightView Landscape Development, she is responsible for all aspects of human resources for the growing and evolving construction business and landscape design studios. With over 30 years of progressive business and human resources experience, Patricia is expert at coaching leaders to maximize team member strengths, at creating effective people strategies which are business compatible and at implementing strategies across a complex global environment to positively impact employee engagement and business results. She is a forward-thinking leader who lays the foundation for long-term corporate prosperity.

Patricia began her career working for Pepsi while in undergraduate and graduate school. She held operations roles with P&L responsibility and then transitioned to HR, eventually running the human resources, recruiting and training functions for the western third of the country. After 17 years at Pepsi, she joined CitiGroup as Senior Vice President of Human Resources, supporting the CitiCards division, partnering with numerous Executive Vice Presidents to support strategic initiatives, working with mergers and acquisitions and supporting the businesses in India. Patricia has also held top human resources positions at progressive companies like MediaVest, WebMD, Applebee’s and Machinima.  

Patricia possesses a BS in Psychology and a MS in Organizational Design. She has coached from the Director level to the CEO level across varying industries, including but not limited to hospitality, media, gaming, construction and financial services.  Patricia prides herself on leaving every individual and team she coaches better than where she found them.  Her heart for others extends beyond the workplace, evidenced by her decade-long involvement with Make-A-Wish, where she currently serves as the Chairwoman of the Board of Directors (Greater Los Angeles).
