Vice President, FICO

Marie is a dynamic executive, known for her ability to build strong teams and solve a myriad of complex business problems. Her talents span analytic development and consulting, operational leadership, contract negotiation, and program management. She is passionate about increasing efficiencies through process optimization. 

Marie is currently a Vice President at FICO, providing thought leadership, strategic direction, and management of the Scores – Client Services Americas group.  She is responsible for cultivating and managing relationships with strategic FICO® Score clients and for educating and spreading the word about FICO® Scores to consumers and broadly to the credit industry.  She oversees the FICO® Score Open Access program which allows over 250 million consumer accounts access to their FICO® Scores. The program has received significant media attention, praise from the CFBP, and was acknowledged by President Obama in 2014. 

Marie has held a wide variety of roles throughout her career, starting as a data scientist at FICO in the area of model development and analytics. She later shared her love of math through teaching at community colleges. Marie was bit by the entrepreneurial bug and owned and operated a small business for a number of years, before returning to analytics in the area of mortgage servicing, where she oversaw the development and implementation of a Deal Structure Management platform used to determine eligibility for and generate the terms of loan modifications for consumers. Marie rejoined FICO in 2012.

When she’s not in the office, Marie can be found enjoying life with her husband and two teenagers, honing her tennis game, or planning the family’s next travel adventure.

She holds a Bachelor of Science in Mathematics from Willamette University and an Master of Science in Operations Research from Stanford University.
