Lesly Marban is the Senior Vice President of Marketing for Post-Acute Care at Medline Industries, Inc. In this role, she is responsible for overseeing and leading the marketing activities for long term care, skilled rursing, assisted living, home health, hospice and dealers. In addition, Lesly directs and coordinates the interaction between 20 independently operating product divisions and 250+ person sales force. Key responsibilities include: selecting strategic product focus, developing programs to boost product sales, and implementing sales incentive program to reinforce strategic direction.
Lesly joined Medline in 2011 after 17 years at Baxter Healthcare where she held progressively responsible commercial and operational leadership roles in finance, business development, strategy, mergers and acquisitions and marketing. Just prior to joining Medline, she was the Director of Marketing for the Medication Delivery Division where she oversaw strategic planning, pricing, new market launches, thought leadership and communications for the U.S. market IV Solutions portfolio.
Since joining Medline, Lesly has led Medline’s LTC Advisory Board, comprised of the nation’s top 8-10 thoughts leaders in Long Term Care who bring guidance and feedback to Medline’s programs and product development, especially in the area of care transitions. She has worked with and formed partnerships with the industry’s key leaders in developing training programs to help providers reduce hospital readmissions.
Lesly is a graduate of the University of Illinois, with a degree in Accounting and has an MBA from DePaul University.
