Jennifer Williams
Former Vice President, Corporate Controller, CDK Global
Jennifer Williams is the Vice President, Corporate Controller and a member of the Finance Leadership Team for CDK Global, Inc. In this role, Jennifer is responsible for the global controllership function includingexternal financial reporting, technical accounting and policy, consolidation, financial systems, controls and compliance, operational accounting, accounts payable and travel and expense for North America and Corporate and oversight of the finance shared services provided by CDK India.
Jennifer has over 20 years of financial management experience. Prior to joining CDK in September 2014, she spent over 5 years at GE Aviation in Cincinnati, Ohio, most recently as the Operational Controller responsible for financial reporting and consolidation, controls monitoring and compliance, as well as several projects related to GE’s finance transformation. She also served as the Business Controller for Military Systems and Supply Chain. Prior to GE, Jennifer held numerous positions of increasing responsibility at Delphi Corporation in Troy, Michigan over the course of 8 years. Jennifer began her career at Arthur Andersen in the Audit and Business Advisory Services Division spending 5 years in the Detroit, Michigan and St. Louis, Missouri offices.
Jennifer graduated from Michigan State University with honors earning a Master of Business Administration and Bachelor of Arts in Professional Accounting in December 1995. She is a Certified Public Accountant and a member of the America Institute of CPAs, the Michigan Association of Certified Public Accountants and the Illinois CPA Society.
Jennifer lives in South Elgin, Illinois with her husband and their two children. Outside of work, Jennifer enjoys spending time with her family at their cottage in Northern Michigan, watching her children play various sports and volunteer work for the benefit of her children’s school.
