Hope Jarvis is the Executive Vice President, Chief Operations and Digital Officer at Chubb North America and reports directly to the President. In her role, she is responsible for the fulfillment of agent and client services as well as digital services for Chubb PRS - a $5 billion personal lines property and casualty insurance business that serves high net worth clients in the U.S. and Canada.

With over 20 years of experience, Hope is an expert in strategy, customer experience, team development, claims, and operations. She is a big-picture, value-based leader, who motivates and empowers her 800+ person team to realize their individual value which has directly resulted in exceptional customer service level scores – for example, through 4 storms in 5 years, she and her teams have maintained a 97% customer satisfaction score.

Hope held three prior leadership positions in Chubb including: Global Claims Center Manager; Global Claims Strategy, TPA & Compliance Manager; and the U.S. Claim Strategic Planning & Operations Manager. She is known for cultivating authentic human connection and leveraging those relationships to resolve complex issues.

Prior to her work in claims, Hope was the Senior Vice President of Corporate Development and before Chubb, she spent 10 years in strategy and consulting at Accenture, Mercer Management Consulting, and NewNetCo Inc.

Hope’s impact reaches far beyond the walls of her office. She currently sits on the board for the Hamlin School in San Francisco - an all girls school that she and her daughter attended that aims to develop the intellect, character and citizenship of each girl to its highest potential. She also sat on the board for the American Red Cross which was of particular interest to her as an insurance professional because of their work in community crisis management and customer service.

Hope completed her BA at Brown University before completing her MBA at the Haas School of Business, University of California, Berkeley. When she is not working, Hope can be found exploring the Bay Area with her family and two dogs.
