Gina Aven
Vice President of Corporate Internal Audit, RGP
Gina Aven is the Vice President of Corporate Internal Audit at Resources Global Professionals (RGP). Gina joined RGP in October, 2007 and has global responsiblity for the Internal Audit Department and the Company’s SOX 404 compliance efforts. Since taking over this role, Gina has reduced SOX 404 project spend by 50%. Prior to RGP, Gina was the Director of Internal Audit at Kratos Defense & Security Solutions, Inc. (formerly Wireless Facilities, Inc.), where she founded the Internal Audit Department. She held various positions over her 7 year tenure including Acquisition Project Director, Director of Investor Relations and Finance Manager.
Gina spent several years in her early career in public accounting at KPMG, where she served as an Audit Manager leading multiple engagements in the life science, manufacturing and consumer products industries. Gina graduated with a Bachelor of Science in Accounting from San Diego State University and is a Certified Public Accountant.
