Elerina Conneely
Chief Financial Officer, Kerry North America
Elerina Conneely is Chief Financial Officer for Kerry North America – a regional division of Kerry Group. The key accountability of her role as Chief Financial Officer is overseeing the performance management of Kerry’s business in North America. This involves partnering with the business to make key investment decisions designed to deliver sustainable growth while leading the strategic planning, talent management and development, process and system development, and operational excellence for the Finance function. Elerina joined Kerry in 1991 as part of the company’s graduate program.

Over her 25 year career, Elerina has held a number of progressive finance roles both at plant, regional and group level, including Divisional Financial Accountant, Assistant Group Controller. Her roles have had her based in various locations in Ireland, the UK and the US.
Elerina has a degree in commerce from NUI Galway and is a Fellow of the Chartered Accountants Ireland.
She and her husband, Barry, have at 10 year old daughter, Cliona. They reside in Lake Geneva, Wisconsin and enjoy travelling, skiing and golf.
