
Carrie Darling
Vice President, Deputy General Counsel and Assistant Secretary, FICO
With more than 15 years of experience practicing law with public companies, Carrie is an exceptional problem solver and high performing corporate lawyer with practical business judgment and strong collaboration skills. As Vice President, Deputy General Counsel and Assistant at FICO, Carrie’s responsibilities include corporate governance, securities regulation, domestic and global corporate, executive compensation, stock plan administration, and mergers and acquisitions.
Prior to FICO, Carrie worked for Yahoo, Callaway Golf Company, CareFusion Corporation (which she helped spin-off from Cardinal Health) and served as an attorney with the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission in Washington, D.C. for over four years in the division of Corporation Finance.
Ms. Darling received her LL.M. from Georgetown Law and her law degree from the University of San Francisco. Before law school, she worked as a CPA. Carrie currently serves on the Advisory Board of TheCorporateCounsel.net and on the Advisory Board of the Society for Corporate Governance, Northern California, Hawaii and Nevada Chapter.
