Anna Elwood is the Global Head of Customer Success at Knotel, a company that is changing the way businesses design, find, and build office space, while offering operational flexibility.
Formerly, she was Vice President of Operations at Zocdoc – a healthcare technology company at the beginning of a better healthcare experience focused on empowering patients. Anna was one of Zocdoc’s earliest employees, joining the company at employee 17 and serving 3 markets, and helping build it to over 600 employees, and serving users nationwide.
Anna has a background in technology, the arts, education and non-profit sectors. She received a Master’s in Fine Arts from Pennsylvania State University and a Bachelor’s in Fine Arts, with a double major in Literature, from Adelphi University.
