Wanda Ma is an experienced information technology executive who has held a number of leadership positions in the retail, telecommunications, and technology industries. She is a strong and compassionate leader who is described by her team as smart, decisive, and strategic. An excellent listener and a fast thinker, she quickly assesses a situation and provides a thorough and tactful solution. Her strong sense of collaboration and magnetic personality make her a natural team builder and relationship expert. She has demonstrated political savvy that makes her a trusted member of any executive leadership team.

Currently, she is the Vice President of Technology at Sephora where she is responsible for delivering enterprise technology solutions in support of all the core business functions including supply chain, distribution, merchandising, finance, and human resources. Her specialities in this role include: business relationship management, project management, IT applications delivery, ERP implementation, CRM, business intelligence, and IT operations. Customer focused, Wanda drives for results, and has proven success at motivating her team to reach objectives, meet critical deadlines, and exceed expectations.

Previously, Wanda was the Vice President of Information Technology for Bare Escentuals in San Francisco, where she led the delivery of all business applications, and oversaw the CRM, analytics, and PMO support and infrastructure. Prior to that role, she spent 10 years in various executive IT leadership roles at Gap Inc. and also served as the Division CIO for Gap Brand. Wanda has also spent time in telecommunications and technology with leadership roles in information technology, product marketing, and systems engineering at AT&T and IBM.

Wanda’s impact is felt far beyond the walls of her office. She is an active member of Advancing Women Executives - an organization focussed on accelerating the careers of women to improve the global economy and she also spends time providing informal career coaching to young adults entering the workforce.

At three years old, Wanda immigrated to the U.S. and was raised in San Francisco, where she went on to eventually raise her daughter and two now-adult sons. She still currently resides on the Peninsula with her husband and daughter, and enjoys cheering in the stands for their home teams, the San Francisco Giants and the Golden State Warriors.

Wanda completed her BS in Computer Science at University of California, Berkeley.

Alicia Sundberg is a high-energy executive who takes a multidisciplinary approach to solving complex business problems. She is a big picture thinker, known for her ability to build strong teams and design and implement innovative solutions and systems. Her experience in finance, business strategy, brokerage, operations, real estate, and financial services coupled with her ability to communicate vision and the plan for execution motivates her clients and associates to exceed their goals and objectives.

Currently, she is Head of Fidelity Real Estate Company (FREC), a unit of Fidelity Investments. Alicia leads the organization responsible for providing the full range of corporate real estate strategy and services to Fidelity’s business units both nationally and internationally. She oversees a portfolio and strategy of 11 million square feet including mission-critical data centers and more than 190 retail Investor Centers. Additionally, she oversees campus and data center operations, project design and delivery, the art curator, and campus amenities from food and beverage to the campus fitness centers. She unites her team under the vision to provide places and create spaces that encourage associates, business, and customers to thrive.

Alicia has been with Fidelity for 23 years and has held several roles including Senior Vice President of Strategic Planning, Vice President of Client Service and Support and Vice President of Finance for Operations and Service Group. Prior to being appointed to Head of Fidelity Real Estate in March 2016, she led the Domestic Operations and Strategic Solutions Division, and was responsible for laying the foundation for the operations and service center of the future in Settlements, Stock Loan, Buy-ins, and Security Master/Pricing, while piloting new technology and new ways of working. Before Fidelity, Alicia specialized in strategy and financial decision making at Citibank and Bank Leumi.

Alicia sits on the advisory board of Fidelity’s Women’s Leadership Group and the governance board for the Wall Street Women’s Alliance (WSWA), both of which give her the experience and skills needed to build diverse teams and equip them with the tools to be ambassadors of change. She is also an active member of Advancing Women Executives - an organization aimed at accelerating the careers of women in business to improve the global economy.

When she is not in the office, Alicia can be found surrounded by her loved ones - family is her muse. Her husband of 25 years and their three amazing children ages 15, 18, and 20 bring balance, joy and inspiration to her life. When they are together, they enjoy strong family traditions and traveling the world - most recently visiting Yellowstone, Glacier, and Banff National Parks, Scotland, Ireland, England, Alaska, Hawaii, and the Mediterranean.

Alicia holds an MBA in International Finance from Hofstra University and a BS from Boston University, with a double major in Finance and International Business.

Sarah Gaeta is a dynamic change agent, with over 20 years of experience assisting multinational organizations transform their business methodologies to respond to market factors. She thinks in terms of large scale collaboration and intertwines business strategy, organizational structure, product management, go-to-market efforts, product development methodologies, sales direction, and financial management practices to complete a holistic assessment before creating a strategic and calculated plan.

Currently, she is the Vice President of Business and Product Operations, User Experience Business Group at TiVo Corporation. She leads the Operating Model and Commercial LifeCycle implementation and evolution, and establishes operational cadence and business rigor to provide near-real time visibility into resource allocation, spend vs. budget, and new deal pipeline management. Sarah also oversees the program management office and technical publications group. Prior to December 2017, she held the role of Vice President and General Manager, Guides, where she led a team of about 100 engineers, professional services, business development, and product managers who delivered PayTV Guides to millions of households worldwide.

Previously, Sarah was VP and GM of the Dragon Desktop business unit at Nuance Corporation, overseeing Dragon Naturally Speaking, Dragon Dictate, and Dragon Assistant. She has over two decades of executive leadership experience at Ricoh EWS, Motorola Mobility, Plastic Logic and Adobe Systems, including product marketing and management, strategic planning and business, and partner development.

Sarah is the Emeritus Chair of the Buck/Cardinal Club Board of Directors at Stanford University Athletics Department. The Buck/Cardinal Club raises money for Student/Athlete scholarships and program support. She is also the co-leader of her daughter’s Girl Scout troop and is the Cookie Manager. A champion of women, Sarah is an active member in Advancing Women Executives - an organization aimed at accelerating the careers of women in business to improve the global economy.

When she is not in the office, Sarah can be found spending time with her family, snow skiing, cooking, and attending collegiate sporting events. Sarah speaks French and Italian and completed her BA at Stanford University before going on to complete an Ed.M. at Harvard.
