WHAT IS AWE ACCELERATOR?
AWE Accelerator is a professional development course for middle management women to improve their executive presence, to articulate their career path and aspirations, and to accelerate their careers. It is a comprehensive program that has identified key behavioral skill gaps that create obstacles for career advancement. During the highly interactive sessions, participants will gain access to best practices, tools, and templates, in addition to a network of like-minded peers.
AWE Accelerator participants represent the next generation of leaders in the workplace and we are in AWE of them.
Two, locally-based, 2 day offsite sessions conducted across 6 months

Session I, Day 1:
Time: 8:30am to 6:00pm Dinner
Title: I am a leader.
Outline your career path (past, present and future), assess your current value proposition, and create a professional brand statement and elevator pitch.
Session I, Day 2:
Title: I am well networked.
Create a network map, learn about how to leverage existing relationships, and expand professional connections.
Session II, Day 1:
Time: 8:30am-6:00pm Dinner
Title: I have strong executive presence.
Learn about executive presence, assess your own level of executive presence, and practice decision-making skills.
Session II, Day 2:
Title: I am an effective communicator.
Learn how to be a strong and effective communicator through the art of asking questions, presenting solutions, and public speaking.
