Advancing Women Executives (AWE) is a fast growth company with the mission to accelerate the careers of women in business to improve the global economy, by providing executives the opportunity to build cross-functional and cross-industry relationships in a safe, locally-based environment. AWE services include events, training, and executive coaching. AWE currently supports executives based in San Francisco, Los Angeles, Silicon Valley, New York and Chicago. AWE is based in Los Angeles, CA, but has staff in all other client regions.

Regional Director

Responsibilities

  • Prospecting and closing sales in San Francisco, Silicon Valley, and Los Angeles;

  • Lead and develop a team of sales and client relations associates;

  • Sales forecasting and new business pipeline management;

  • Strategize about sales and client relations process and services;

  • Conduct Training Sessions across California locations;

  • Host bi-annual events and monthly dinners with AWE leaders.

Qualifications

  • 6+ years transactional sales or fundraising experience with success negotiating and closing business;

  • Excellent written and oral communication skills;

  • Strong public speaking skills and experience presenting to large groups;

  • Ability to meet personal and team weekly, monthly, quarterly, and annual financial goals;

  • Superior time management, detail orientation and organization skills;

  • Bachelor's Degree required, MBA preferred.

 


Executive Advisor

Responsibilities

Executive Advisor Calls:

  • Responsible for scheduling and hosting Advisor Calls with members across all locations to discuss professional vision and goals;

  • Conduct additional support calls to discuss Boards and ERGs (employee resources group.)

  • Regularly follow up with members to ensure they are meeting their goals and previously discussed action steps.

Training Sessions and Office Hours:

  • Conduct Training Sessions across all California locations;

  • Coordinate and host Office Hours with Training Session attendees;

Administrative:

  • Ensure that CRM database contains accurate account details and contact information;

  • Participate in Afternoon Tea and dinners.

Associate Director, Member Relations

Responsibilities

Supporting members and managing renewal goals:

  • Lead onboarding and servicing of new and existing members;

  • Create and implement continuous improvement process management strategies for maximizing the partnership and improving renewal probability with members;

  • Responsibility for member engagement with bi-annual events, monthly dinners, executive coaching and training with members;

  • Partner effectively with Marketing for events and dinners;

  • Research and conduct outreach to executives for introductions;

  • Full ownership, responsibility and accountability for achieving annual renewal goals for region.

  • Conduct Training Sessions;

  • Host bi-annual events and monthly dinners with AWE leaders.

Administrative:

  • Lead and develop member relations associate direct reports;

  • Ensure that CRM database contains accurate account details and contact information;

  • Update and maintain member spreadsheets;

  • General administrative duties.

Qualifications

Regional Associate

Responsibilities

Inside Sales/Scheduling:

  • Engage with senior-level corporate executive women to proactively schedule and confirm sales meetings through cold-calling and lead generation campaigns;

  • Gather business intelligence on companies, leads and qualified prospects;

  • Partner with Regional Director to create customized plans for assigned territories to support sales cycle success and to drive urgency;

  • Ensure that CRM database contains accurate account details and contact information;

  • Prepare pre-visit materials for prospect interactions;

  • Shadow and participate in calls, visits, presentations and web walk-throughs;

  • Schedule follow-up calls accordingly.

Event Support:

  • Coordinate invites for prospects;

  • Event onsite support, including check-in, material/gift coordination.

Qualifications
