Yvette_Hollingsworth_PhotoYvette Hollingsworth is responsible for leading Operational Risk’s Regulatory Risk Management group, which provides independent oversight of business-based compliance management activities. As executive vice president and chief compliance officer, she is responsible for ensuring that all areas of the company meet compliance risk management responsibilities and abide by all applicable laws and regulations. Additionally, she chairs the Regulatory Risk Management Council and reports regularly to the Audit & Examination Committee of the Board of Directors and to other committees as necessary, including the Enterprise Risk Management and Operating Committees.
Yvette joined Wells Fargo in 2012 after serving four years at Barclays Corporate & Investment Bank in various roles, including her most recent position as the managing director and global head of Operations Compliance and Financial Crimes Compliance & Risk Management. Having spent approximately 10 years as a regulator with the Federal Reserve System, with roles at the Federal Reserve Banks of San Francisco and New York as well as the Board of Governors, Yvette has extensive experience with the regulatory community. Her industry experience includes a variety of senior compliance/anti-money laundering roles for financial institutions. Yvette previously served on the Supervisory Committee of the Federal Reserve Credit Union and VP of Administration and Operations for the NY Chapter of the National Black MBA Association.

Yvette earned an MBA from Syracuse University and Bachelor of Science from the State University of New York Institute of Technology. She currently serves as a national board member of INROADS as well as a board member of the Gay Men’s Health Crisis.
