Congratulations to LA Member Tiffany Smith- Anoa’i, Vice President of Diversity and Communications at CBS, for being chosen by The White House Initiative on Historically Black Colleges and Universities (WHI-HBCUs) to participate in the 2013 National HBCU Week Conference in Washington, D.C. Tiffany will serve on the panel entitled “Leveraging Relationships between HBCUs and the Entertainment, Media and Communication Industry”. The session will focus on partnership strategies between HBCUs and the entertainment industry as well as opportunities for student internships in this highly coveted arena.
