Sarah Tilley is Vice President, Talent Acquisition and Management, Leadership Development, Diversity and Global Mobility for The Walt Disney Company Corporate. In this role, Sarah oversees all recruitment strategies for The Walt Disney Company Corporate, as well as targeted enterprise recruitment initiatives throughout The Walt Disney Company organization, including functional recruitment, sourcing and executive search on behalf of the Disney enterprise.  Sarah is also responsible for helping to lead and drive all related diversity, leadership and talent planning strategies for the corporate entity of the company. In addition, Sarah oversees the centralized global mobility function, which fits into the larger Disney integrated talent strategy.
Prior to her current role, Sarah was Director of Recruitment for the Disney Interactive Media Group for four years. She oversaw all full-time hires, contingent workforce, vendor management, executive search, research and sourcing, industry events, as well as campus and recruitment programs for technology online and the mobile and gaming division of the company.

Before coming to Disney, Sarah streamlined systems and processes, and enhanced recruitment and research for all divisions of Warner Bros. Entertainment in a role that oversaw research/recruitment operations & programs for the studio. Prior to this role, Sarah oversaw all recruitment and research strategies for professional and executive-level positions for the multi-billion dollar Warner Home Video division. In addition, she managed the division’s domestic internship and sales trainee programs, as well as international and domestic management development programs.

Leading up to her move into in-house HR, Sarah held roles of increasing responsibility at nationwide and global search firms, including Heidrick & Struggles, the world’s leading retained executive search firm, where she regularly completed searches at the C-level for large, multi-national entertainment companies.

Sarah has a bachelor’s degree in psychology from the University of Arkansas and is PHR (Professional in Human Resources) Certified.
